What is a daytime/natural makeup?

It looks natural but that doesn’t mean we are not wearing makeup. It is characterized by thorough hydration, fine foundation, and a beautiful skin image. Lighter, softer shades, subtle emphasis on lashes and eyebrows. An elegant, beautiful daytime wear, whether for the office or for an occasion. It is typically for someone who doesn’t otherwise weak makeup. This is especially close to my heart as I love this type of soft, delicate, feminine makeup.

What is casual makeup?

Casual makeup is a spectacular, intensely pigmented makeup with emphasis on the eyes or the mouth. I recommend it for photo session or events. It is characterized by stronger, more pronounced shades and is typically coupled with false eyelashes.

What do you need to know about the wedding rehearsal makeup?

The rehearsal makeup is an integral part of the wedding makeup service. The rehearsal makeup can be weeks, months or even a year before the big day, depending on your temperament. During the rehearsal, we get to know each other and discuss what style works best for you. We will discuss your clothes, final hair color, accessories, decorations, and the wedding bouquet to ensure harmony. You can bring an inspirational photo, but it is vital to consider whether the model or the colors in the photo are in harmony with your personal qualities.

It is best to bring pictures of yourself in makeup that you liked in the past. That is often the best starting point to design the best makeup for you. If you don’t have a photo like that, that’s no problem either, we’ll find the right makeup for you.

I also think that less is sometimes more, but don’t forget that colors in photos look quite different, less intense than in real life. So, the goal is to find that middle ground where the intensity of the makeup is still acceptable and not conspicuously pronounced in real life but still looks good in photos.

During the rehearsal makeup, we will try three different intensities of makeup and take pictures. I will then record in your file what products I used, so you would have the same makeup on your wedding day. The duration of the rehearsal makeup is 2-3 hours. This is normally plenty to find the perfect makeup for you.

What do you need to know about the wedding makeup?

The goal of the wedding-day makeup is to ensure that you are the most brilliant woman in the entire world. A good wedding makeup is stylish, comfortable, durable, and tailored especially to you. It is important that the makeup is wearable and that you feel comfortable in it all day. It also needs to conform to your strengths and match your colors. Durability is also an important factor. I will carefully prepare your skin, use only top-quality products and apply them to ensure that it remains perfect from dusk to dawn.

And finally, the most important thing: the makeup must reflect you. If you don’t normally wear makeup in everyday life, a finer, more restrained makeup is probably the best, most comfortable choice for you. If you typically wear stronger makeup, we can pick stronger tones. I like it best when you remain visible behind the makeup and it emphasizes your beauty without altering your features. Before the wedding, I always suggest that you come in for a rehearsal makeup, so you are not surprised on the big day.

What is the individual consultation like?

We take our time, get to know each other, and discuss what you need. We look through your makeup kit and discuss the proper use of each item. I also provide advice on products and recommend colors that work best for you.

I will teach you facial care techniques, skin preparation, the use of foundation and makeup preparation. Together we will prepare a daytime or casual makeup and discuss which one you might need. By the end of the consultation, you will be able to create a more complicated makeup with confidence and you will know what colors and products to use for the perfect result.

– When and where is your wedding
– Do you need additional makeup (like for the mother of the bride or the groom, or bridesmaids)?
– Will you come to my studio or will I work on location? (Working on location in Budapest is included in the price. Work outside the city will carry an extra fee.)
– Please always consult in writing and confirm that that you accept our agreement
– The service must be paid in cash, on the spot. I will issue an electronic invoice
